STATEMENT OF WORK

60 FSS

Bldg. 381 Military Personnel Flight

General Information

The Military Personnel Flight’s (MPF) Customer Support Section require one Dynatouch Renew e-ID kiosks or EQUAL that provides customers with a quick and easy way to enter their information and all necessary documents to process an ID card, so Customer Support can make them on their own time. The contractor shall furnish parts, material, equipment, labor, installation and initial training for the Dynatouch Renew e-ID kiosks or EQUAL system for the 60th Force Support Squadron located at Travis Air Force Base, California, Bldg 381. Contractor shall meet all requirements discussed in this Statement of Work.

1.0 General: This is to supply a contract to provide the purchase, installation, and training of the Dynatouch Renew e-ID kiosks or EQUAL.

1.1 Scope: The contractor shall furnish parts, material, equipment, labor, installation and initial training necessary to use the Dynatouch Renew e-ID kiosks or EQUAL. In addition, the contractor will provide proprietary software with customize user interface design (customer flow and registration process) and metric data collection (customer services most requested, wait times, and peak hours) by coordinating with Military Personnel Flight OIC/Superintendent. The contractor shall provide a Contract Manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work.

1.2 Period of Performance Installation: Installation to be completed within 10 weeks, after receipt of products.

1.3 Warranty: The Contractor shall provide a one year written warranty from installation of equipment to cover any deficiencies and failures as a result of Poor Workmanship and/or Material Defects. The Contractor shall correct any deficiencies and damages caused by the Installation Contractor at the installer’s own expense. The work area shall be inspected for workmanship, completeness, and cleanliness.

1.4 General Information

1.4.1 Place of Performance: The work is to be performed at Building 381 at Travis Air Force Base, CA.

1.4.2 Hours of Operation: The Contractor is responsible for conducting business between the hours of 0700-1600 Monday thru Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. The Contractor must at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks detailed within this Statement of Work when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons. When hiring personnel, the contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the workforce are essential.

1.4.3 Base Access: All commercial trucks must enter through the contractor’s gate located on Peterson Road, after taking a right turn on Walters Road. In accordance with Travis Air Force Base, base entry procedures must adhere to delivery vehicle process requirements mandated by Travis Air Force Base. Supplier shall coordinate with the 60 FSS POC, 1 Lt Rachel Marron Phone: 707-424-4833 and Base Security to gain permissions to access the base. Gate hours of operation are 0600-1800. Once at the gate, the driver must be able to show:

Current vehicle registration Current Proof of Insurance A valid and current Driver’s License for the driver A valid and current Driver’s License or other State Identification for any passenger(s) in the vehicle.

A copy of the contract or Bill of Lading which includes the Air Force installation name, date of anticipated delivery, and specific destination information.

1.4.4 Recognized Holidays: The following holidays are recognized as Federal holidays and Government offices will not be open.

The Contractor shall provide a Contract Manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work.

1.5 Dynatouch Renew e-ID kiosks or EQUAL: The self-service kiosk will have the below requirements/capabilities:

- Software: All TIPS kiosks are safely and securely managed with DynaTouch's proprietary, government-approved TIPS Kiosk Management Software.

TIPS restricts access to unauthorized sites, logs system ‘heartbeat' and tracks usage data. The TIPS ID Renew software walks them through the process, step-by-step, allowing them to:

Fill out the renewal application using the touchscreen and integrated keyboard

Scan and upload required documents using the built-in scanner

Take a picture for the ID card at the kiosk with the user-adjustable camera

Encrypt and submit the completed application, documents and picture via secure email for processing

Shipping (Include shipping pricing in the above CLIN, CLIN 0001).

Kiosk Hardware Setup & Installation (CONUS). Services are included to unpack and position the kiosk, validate unit is operational, and perform diagnostics Training on the day-to-day upkeep and operation of system hardware, administrative software, and running reports.

Service & Support for hardware and software maintenance and component repair/replacement.

Standard Warranty (full-service (parts and labor) warranty on all hardware for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.
