About this file
This document is a set of technical drawings and Price Quotation Requests for multiple training props for non-destructive testing (NDT) training, spanning five distinct material configurations. The props are designed for various joint types and materials including A516 GR70 steel, carbon steel, and 70/30 CuNi, with specific dimensional requirements of 12.00 x 12.00 inches. Each configuration requires 6-12 total training props with sequential serial numbers (135-HVL-XXX), engraved zero points, scan directions, and 3-4 specific types of indications such as crack-like, planar, and volumetric defects.
The props are part of a 100% small business set-aside solicitation (SPMYM225Q2210) by the Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Puget Sound, targeting commercial acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Delivery is FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. Potential vendors must complete pricing for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), provide their CAGE code, complete representations and certifications, submit manufacturer information, and ensure current SAM.gov registration. The NAICS code is 334519, with a Product Service Code of 6635, and the solicitation requires contractors to potentially implement NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity standards.
