ADDITIONAL RFQ TERMS

1. All bids must be submitted through the FedConnect Response Center.

1. All questions must be submitted through the FedConnect Message Center.

1. Questions will be responded to if received before 1:00pm ET August 3, 2016

1. NO PRICING should be included in attachments

1. NO PRICING should be sent through the FedConnect Message Center.

1. NO PRICING should be sent to Contracting Officer over email, faxing, or other means.

1. Bid MUST be good for 60 calendar days after close of Reverse Auction.

1. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov.

1. This Solicitation is open to Splunk Authorized resellers ONLY.

1. Vendor must include an attachment providing evidence they are a Splunk Authorized Reseller.

1. Vendors are to provide pricing based on FOB destination.

1. This reverse auction is for a 100% total small business set-aside.

1. Evaluation Criteria / Basis for Award. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest-price technically-acceptable bid.
