DOC-26-061 Attachment I Site-Specific Services Summary
This attachment document supports the Virginia Department of Corrections' Request for Proposals for armed security services. The document outlines site-specific service requirements across multiple correctional facilities within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The services encompass fully qualified and trained armed security personnel responsible for ensuring safety, security, and operational continuity at designated Department of Corrections locations. The attachment specifies detailed service requirements, staffing levels, and operational protocols tailored to individual facility needs and security classifications. The document serves as a supplementary guide to the primary RFP (DOC-26-062) and establishes facility-by-facility expectations for security service delivery.
The site-specific services outlined in this attachment establish baseline requirements for security personnel deployment, including minimum qualifications, training standards, and performance expectations at each correctional facility. The document provides facility-specific information necessary for bidders to develop accurate proposals and cost estimates based on actual operational needs at individual locations. This attachment ensures that all security service providers understand the distinct requirements across the Department's various facilities and can develop comprehensive, responsive proposals that address the unique security posture and operational challenges of each site served under the contract.
