Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) Program Management Office is to obtain functional analysis and solution enhancement support services to enable delivery of specific special projects. 10(a): Individuals on this task order are assigned as Local Elements (LEs) responsible for the proper management and security of all COMSEC material held and also serves as the primary advisor on EKMS management matters. They are also responsible to the EKMS Manager for the proper accountability, security, control, and disposition of COMSEC material issued to them.

10 (j): Contractor personnel shall ensure that all Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) is handled IAW DoDM 5200.01, Volume 4, DoD Information Security Program: Controlled Unclassified Information. CUI includes, but is not limited to, information qualifying as Personally Identifying Information (PII) and For Official Use Only (FOUO).

10(k): Any loss or suspected compromise of classified information will be reported to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) immediately.

11(m): Contractor personnel will not discuss classified information or unclassified technical sensitive information on an unsecured telephone, or disclose such information to any unauthorized personnel.

The contractor will properly safeguard classified material at all times. Company must notify of any change of their Facility Clearance Level to the Contracting Officer's Representative, Technical Assistant, and Security Manager.

An immediate notification to the Technical Assistant and Security Manager for any revocation or denial of a contractor’s personal clearance level, or any security incident report generated by the company.

Contractors are required to abide by mandated self-reporting procedures.

Contractors must be U.S. citizens and possess a DoD issued security clearance. Contractor personnel may be used for minimal computer maintenance and classified access will be limited to need-to-know only.

Access to SIPRNET is required.
