Land Mix Analysis (at Time of Sale):

All data must be provided in the electronic "Rule Set Collection Form ".

Plat maps or surveys to be provided for all sales without a simple aliquot PLSS legal description.

County Transfer Document sheets to be provided from all counties - this shows the acreages.

Building/Property Record Cards must be provided for all improved properties, as well as the assessed values of the improvements at the time of sale.

DATA COLLECTION STANDARDS

Electronic copies of the Deed of Trust must be attached to every sale record on the "Rule Set Collection Form ".
