This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for replacement parts for a STACIS iX LaserTable-Base. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), on behalf of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract without providing for full and open competition to Technical Manufacturing Corp. for STACIS iX LaserTable-Base replacement parts and installation by OEM engineers. The requirement is to procure replacement parts to restore full anti-vibration functionality to levels starting at 0.6Hz down to -30 dB above 5Hz, for a table damaged in a water leak. Responses are due by 2:00pm Eastern time on March 22, 2024 and must include pricing, delivery dates within 8 weeks of award, certifications, and other required information. Award is anticipated to Technical Manufacturing Corp. if the quote is technically acceptable and price fair and reasonable given they are the OEM.
