As the owner of the technical data, L-3 Communications/Wescam is identified as the intended sole source for these requirements.

Block 7: Submit final DD250 via WAWF, to collectively account for data previously submitted to attention: kimberly.mullins.2@us.af.mil. The Government will approve/disapprove within 5 workdays (business) days of receipt.
Block 9: Distribution authorized to Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. DoD contractors only (Administrative or Operational Use) (24 Aug 20). Other requests shall be referred to AFLCMC/WIUAA Program Office.
Blocks 8, 10 - 13: The contractor shall submit a draft within 5 business days of the meeting completion date. The Government will have 5 business days to review the draft and to return the draft with comments. The contractor shall submit the final corrected copy within 5 business days after receipt of Government comments. The Contractor shall submit in Microsoft Word format unless otherwise specified by the Government.
