This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation 15BFA021QWNP10709 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please read it in its entirety.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021‐02.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), is seeking quotes for the provision of readily available (available for immediate shipping) nitrile exam gloves for delivery to various BOP facilities. The gloves must meet the following specifications: Minimum 4Mil thickness, non-powdered, non-sterile. Evaluation of quotes will be based on the best value to the government.
Quotes shall be received no later than December 8, 2020, at 12:00 p.m.
Central Time. Quotes shall be submitted to s10thomas@bop.gov. Quotes shall have the Subject Line: BOP Gloves 15BFA021QWNP10709.

(vi) This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm‐fixed price contract for Nitrile Exam Gloves, Non‐Sterile, Non‐Powdered, 4‐Mil Minimum Thickness available for immediate delivery.
(vii) Terms of Delivery are F.O.B. Destination to the locations listed in the line items above.
(viii) FAR 52.212‐1, Instructions to Offerors‐Commerical, applies to this acquisition. References to offer and offeror are hereby changed to quote and quoter respectively.
(ix) Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government, considering the evaluation factors outlined below.
(1) Technical Compliance – Products proposed to match the goods listed in in section “v”;
(2) Price ‐ The government will evaluate the Quoter’s proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable;
(3) Past Performance ‐ Past performance information shall include prior experience and similar performances undertaken by the contractor; and
(4) Delivery ‐ Delivery terms proposed by the quoter.
