This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the NDNG 164th Regional Training Institute (RTI), providing the Institute with Commercial Grade Indoor/Outdoor Tile Turf System, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Complete Commercial Item __ Product Description document posted on this SAM.Gov announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; requesting quotes for this Tile Turf System requirement.

A written solicitation not issued. This solicitation, W901UZ22Q6615, issued as a request for quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 effective 26 April 2022. This requirement is Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code 314110, carpet and rug mills.

The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offerors Reps and Certs apply; along with, clauses 52.21-4 Contract Terms and Conditions and 52.21-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders. The Government will award to the responsible Offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation; will be most advantageous to the Government (price and other factors considered). The following factors used to evaluate offers: price, shipping/delivery schedule, warranty and technical capability and acceptability to meet all mission requirements in full compliance with requirements listed in SAM.gov solicitation. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Offeror’s may use the attached RFQ to submit their offer.

All offerors required registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will make an Offeror ineligible for award. Registration information found at http://www.beta.sam.gov and https://wawf.eb.mil. Information concerning FAR clauses obtained at http://acq.gov or http://www.arnet.gov/far.
