About this file
These are two Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) forms for a federal contract (Contract No. FD20302501992) involving a Compressor Shroud for the F100 aircraft engine, issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). The documents specify two key data deliverables:
Data Item A001 requires a First Article Qualification Test Plan and Procedures for a Compressor Shroud (NSN: 2840013091177NZ), to be submitted 30 calendar days from contract date. The plan must detail verification of drawing requirements, non-destructive inspections, visual inspections, material properties, and manufacturing processes. A government representative must coordinate on the test plan, and it must be submitted on an ISO-10149 compliant CD-ROM in Adobe PDF format. Data Item A002 requires a corresponding Test/Inspection Report that must satisfy all requirements in the test plan, to be received 120 calendar days from government approval of the test plan, also submitted on a CD-ROM and subject to government representative coordination.
