This is a Brand name or equal Purchase: CD3 Mobile Trailer Solar Waterless Cleaning System
The Lake Havasu BLM Field office is looking to purchase 3 identical clean drain dry mobile units for both of its boat ramps and concessions. These units will assist boaters in preventing spreading various AIS associated with boating. The sites experience high winds, intense heat, and UV radiation and need well-made units capable of withstanding these conditions.
Technology:
The Units must be off grid and capable of generating and storing their own power with solar panels and batteries. The solar panel array must be at least 500 watts and have batteries capable of storing enough electricity to provide 5 or more hours of use. The units must be able to collect usage data on all tools and provide feedback if the unit needs routine maintenance or if some part of it no longer functions. This data and information must be easily accessible manually on site by staff if Wi-Fi is not available or remotely if the unit is connected. The units must be mobile and attached to a trailer 15’ or longer.
Tools:
Each unit must contain a blower, brush, tongs, drain plug removing tool, and a vacuum. Each of these tools must be easily withdrawn from the unit while staying attached to the unit to prevent theft. The Vacuum must have a tank to store debris and liquid accumulated from use and large enough for 400 or more uses. An additional set of tongs, brush and drainplug removal tool should be included for each unit.
Software:
All software for use must be included as well as the setup and instruction on software use.
Cover: Each unit must have a cover for storage or trailering.
Additional Spec’s:
· Mobile, waterless, free, user-operated cleaning equipment that includes wet/dry vacuum, blower system, tethered hand tools, & lights. Designed for temporary installations and/or to be movable throughout the boating season.
· Trailer includes: lockable 2” ball hitch, self leveling legs, removable wheels for extended stays, & back trailer bed for trash or other accessories.
· Battery system is recharged with removable solar panels or 120v plug-in system and/or can be continuously plugged in where applicable.
· Charged batteries will provide cleaning for ~7 hours of continuous use before requiring recharging (~65 boats).
· Vacuum tank emptied by satellite toilet vendor after ~400+ uses.
