Infection Prevention and Control Consultant Schedule of Deliverables (SOD) April 20, 2018
Schedule of Deliverables The contractor shall submit all deliverables in accordance with the following schedule.

Task 2: Infection Prevention and Control Support
2.1 Technical Assistance with Certification Surveys, Survey Guidance, and Policy Memos
| Interpretive guidance recommendations and revisions, survey improvement recommendations to include reviews and analyses of all infection prevention and control program requirements, survey protocols, survey forms, and/or infection control worksheet revisions. |

2.2 Infection Prevention and Control Policy Questions

| Develop/Revise surveyor infection control worksheets in collaboration with CMS, their contractor, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention |
