A comment section shall include reason for, date of, and location of plant replacement; location of new plant placement; and any other useful information which the Contractor and the COR deem to be of value.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the replacement of the plants and containers throughout the life of the contract at no charge to the OCC due to Contractor negligence as determined by the OCC. However, if the COR requests the replacement of a plant or container, which is not due to the negligence of the Contractor, the replacement will be at OCC’s expense. All replacement plants and containers shall be of the same or similar type, quality, general size, and value as those being replaced.
