RIVERSIDE INDIAN SCHOOL
STATEMENT OF WORK
Driver Education
The following services to be provide for: Riverside Indian School 101 Riverside Drive Anadarko, OK 73005
Purpose:
The purpose of this request is to provide Drivers Education for students enrolled at Riverside Indian School. This requirement is based on student enrollment, estimated students per year is estimated.
Description of Service:
The Contractor shall provide Riverside Indian School students with driver's education training in classroom setting and appropriate driving hours in customize safe vehicle with accredited driving instructor.
Provide the following.
-Drivers Education Program – provide a minimum of 10 hours of Classroom instruction with Oklahoma State Driving Manual.
-Driving Instruction – provide a minimum of 6 hours of driving instruction in a Driving instruction certified vehicle. Actual driving instruction within a 30-mile radius form Riverside School.
-Road test – provide a road test with instructor in a certified Driving instruction car, ensuring that students are ready to pass the Oklahoma driving skill test.
-Driving Test – provide transportation for students to Department of Motor Vehicle for driving test.
-Drivers License - Students must obtain state driver’s license after completion of course.
Performance Period:
Base and four-one-year options.
Key Personnel:
Must be an accredited driving instructor.
