STATEMENT OF WORK
Installation of Septic System
Okefenokee NWR, Folkston, GA
PR Number: 40630278
1. General:
1.1 Describes the project in general terms.
Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge is requesting the installation of new septic system which will service two (2) 1000 gallon tanks with one shared drain field. Septic system will be installed per county requirements. One (1) 1000 tank setup for four (4) tiny homes and one (1) 1000 tank setup for three (3) tiny homes. The drain field is expected to be approximately 500 feet.
1.2 Purpose/End Application:
This project will service a series of tiny homes that will serve as bunkhouses.
1.3 Contractor Qualifications: Contractor will be licensed and bonded and will adhere to county regulations.

2.2 Annotate the Performance start and end date.
