Statement Of Work
Upgrade Security Cameras in Cafeteria and Recreation Building
The following services to be provided for:
Riverside Indian School (RIS) 101 Riverside Drive, 1 ½ miles north of city Anadarko, OK 7300
Purpose:
The contractor will be hired to replace/remove security cameras/dvrs in RIS cafeteria and the recreational building. All cameras/dvrs working properly when completed.
Maintenance agreement recommendation offer to school. Install camera licenses.

Description of Services:
Cafeteria- Remove 4 outdated cameras Install 3 indoor cameras and 1 outdoor multisensory camera Install 1 wall mount adapter for the multisensory camera Install 1 PoE network switch USW-Enterprise-8-PoE Install 1 12TB NVR to provide two weeks of storage Provide 1 24” monitor and connect to NVR Provide a keyboard and mouse Install all equipment to existing Rack Connect new cameras and NVR into new switch Install 1 x Cat6 copper patch cord for NVR
Recreational Building- Remove 8 outdated cameras Install Cat6 cabling for 4 new cameras, reuse cabling Install 3 outdoor drome cameras, 1 outdoor multisensory camera Install 3 indoor drome cameras, 1 indoor fisheye camera Install 4 wall mounts for outdoor cameras Install 1 PoE network switch Install 1 16TB NVR to provide two weeks of storage Provide 1 24” monitor connected to NVR Provide keyboard and mouse Install all equipment to existing Rack Connect new cameras and NVR to new switch Install 1 Cat6 cord for NVR
Supplies and Equipment:
The contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies and equipment that will be used for the requested service.
Conditions:
All work shall be coordinated with the Program Manager or his authorized representative.
Payment:
After completion and approval of work by the Program Manager, the vendor will submit an invoice in the Federal Government’s Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP), US Department of Treasury, http://www.ipp.gov.
