About this file

This document contains a template for offerors to provide relevant prior experience for a federal contract opportunity. The template requests information on up to three prior projects including the name of the agency or customer, project location, project value, performance dates, description of project and scope of work, problems encountered and corrective actions taken, and successes achieved. It also provides space for offerors to identify any relevant experience of proposed subcontractors.

The related federal contract opportunity is to replace the septic system at Fort Raleigh VIP RV pads for the Department of the Interior National Park Service Southeast Region. Offerors should complete the template to demonstrate relevant previous experience with similar construction projects and septic system replacements.
