Per Filter Costs

Please provide analysis costs on a per filter basis for the following tasks.
For the task 3 (Ion Analysis), year one will be for 18,000 filters. Option years for this task will be awarded as Fixed Price Not to Exceed. Quotes will be evaluated on 18,000 filters, but pricing quotes shall be valid for 17,000-20,000 filters. If the option is exercised it will be awarded in this range.
The Additional Laboratory Tasks will be for 1,500 filters per year.
Option CLIN 4.2 (tab two of pricing sheet) is a labor hour line. For price evaluation purposes each category will be considered at 10 hours per category.
Option period under 52.217-8, if exercised, will be exercised at option 04 rates.
