PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

Pre-Solicitation Notice: The National Park Service, NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a solicitation for purchase and deliver a 2021 John Deere 444 P or brand of equivalent properties, 60 x60 forks and 4.5 YD LMB to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Medora, ND. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) that will follow this notice is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. This is the preliminary notice of a solicitation that will follow.

Project Description: Purchase and deliver 2021 John Deere 444 P or brand of equivalent properties, 60 x60 forks and 4.5 YD LMB to Theodore Roosevelt National Park North Dakota.

Delivery Terms: 120 days

Procurement set aside: 100% Small Business

NAICS CODE: 333120 Construction Machinery Manufacturing, Size standard 1,250 employees

The official solicitation package and its attachments will be issued on June 28, 2021 and will be posted SAM.GOV. If there is a delay, the solicitation will follow as soon as possible. This is the preliminary notice of a solicitation 140P6321Q0052. The responses will be due approximately July 6, 2021. The specific date and time will be announced in the solicitation that will follow this notice.

The RFQ package, including applicable Specification, will be posted to SAM.GOV. No hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation will be provided. Offerors must have a DUNS number and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov in (more)
