SUBJECT: Synopsys Protecode Software Maintenance and Software Technical Support

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-APG (ACC-APG) is requesting a Firm Fixed Price Quotation for Synopsys Protecode Software Maintenance and Software Technical Support which is considered sole source to Synopsys. The software described below are for a one (1) year base period and one option year with a period of performance starting on or about September 12, 2020. The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 511210 - Software Publishers. This acquisition will be funded with FY2020 Operations and Maintenance Funds Army (OMA) based on availability of funds. The solicitation number is W56JSR-20-Q-0083 and quotations are due within 7 calendar days of this notification, no later than close of business at 16:00 (EDST) on 20 July 2020.

Respondent Due Date – Price quotes are due within 7 calendar days of this notification, no later than close of business at 16:00 (EDST) on 20 July 2020. If you are unable to furnish a quote, respond with “no bid” and provide a detailed explanation as to why you are unable to.

Respondent Instructions – Reponses should clearly indicate the following:

· All quotes should indicate the part numbers specified under the above Product Description, with itemized pricing for each part number specified. Any deviations from the Part Numbers specified shall be explained in the Offerors response.

· Contractor CAGE Code, DUNS Number and business type / size.

· Published Commercial Price, if applicable.

· Any and all applicable discounts applied to the pricing.

· Quotes should separately identify any applicable costs associated with meeting the delivery instructions.

· PROVIDE A COPY OF END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT(s) OR SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE. If no agreement exists clearly state that in the provided quote.

This document is not a purchase order or contract or a promise to issue an award.

The Government shall not pay for any submitted information or the cost to submit these items.

The Government reserves the right to issue an award in part or in whole for the items described above. The Government is not obligated to make an award for all or any portion of the items described.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder. The evaluation will be based upon the base year and any awarded options. The offeror must also be responsive, and responsible.
