STATEMENT OF WORK

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES ON SPECTROMETERS

Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE)

Scope: The contractor shall provide maintenance and support services on spectrometers as specified herein.

1. Items 0001, 0002, and subsequent options shall consist of a one year service/maintenance contract under the Unity Essential Plan (UEP) options as follows:

The contractor shall provide onsite remedial maintenance to ensure the equipment covered by this agreement will perform to original specifications. The contractor shall perform at a minimum one (1) scheduled preventative maintenance visit per year. The contractor shall respond to unlimited number of demand on-site visits within seventy two (72) hours and to priority technical support within two (2) hours from the time of notification. This maintenance agreement shall include electronic upload of all required software updates and the cost of all parts, labor, travel, and living expenses required to repair this equipment.

2. A copy of the service ticket detailing the service performed and parts replaced for each service call shall be provided to Government Technical Point of Contact (GTPOC), within seven (7) working days of repair.

3. If during the service call the service representative determines the repairs required are not covered by the maintenance service agreement, he/she shall not repair the equipment. The service representative shall inform the GTPOC, as to the nature of the repair, the reason the repair is not covered under maintenance, and the anticipated repair cost. Repairs outside of this agreement will be contracted for on a separate purchase order.

4. Maintenance and support services shall be performed between the hours of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
