STATEMENT OF WORK
Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Intercom System
1.0 INTRODUCTION:
The Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (C-EB) School is a K-12 education system operating on a multiple-building campus in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The C-EB School is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and ADA-compliant facility for staff, students, and the public.
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK:
The Contractor will install three individual new Frontrow Conductor intercom systems in the Primary, Junior High, and High School sections of the Cheyenne-Eagle Butte School. Contractor will also install new speakers in the hallways and classrooms as well as WallCore Intercom Control systems in each classroom, so the teacher can call and communicate with the front office. All three intercom systems will need to be tied together ensuring either one can broadcast to the entire building in case of an emergency. However, they will need to still maintain their individuality so they have the option to not broadcast to the entire building as well as setting up their individual bell schedules.
3.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
3.1 Place of Performance

3.2 Hours of Operation
The C-EB School hours of operation are from 7:30 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
3.3 Federal Holidays
Do not schedule work on Federal Holidays or days observed in lieu thereof. The Federal holidays listed below are observed. If a holiday falls on a scheduled serviced day, the Contractor will be responsible for rescheduling services.

5.0 STATEMENT OF WORK:
5.1 The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, employee training, services, insurance, and equipment necessary to perform the designated work and shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and restoration of the area.
Contractor will remove current speakers in the classrooms and hallways.
Contractor will remove all trash debris from the premises.
Contractor will ensure all electrical wires not needed are tied off.
Contractor will provide 5 - CDi1000 two channel, 500W @ 4amps, 70V/100V/140V Power Amplifiers
Contractor will install 65 - integration system3 – Loudspeaker system consisting of 8” O.D., Dual cone loudspeaker and a 5W, 25/70V transformer mounted on a square, screw mount, steel baffle with a slanted, steel, open back, surface mount enclosure with a white, powder coat finish.
Contractor will install 4 - GA-15T Atlas IED GA15T GA-15T Loudspeaker/Utility Horns
Contractor will install 10 - 1000-00129 CM800 Audio Decoder/Controller Kits
Contractor will install 3 - Integration CMP-500 Universal Telephone Interface Kits
Contractor will install 3 - Front Office Station Front Row Conductor Intercom Systems in Primary, Junior High, and High School. That includes all-in-one touch PC with software preloaded, CM3000 master controller, CB65 Microphone, UPS Battery backup, wireless keyboard and mouse, printed user guide and an audio to USB adapter. Including Conductor server software.
Contractor will install speakers in the hallways and classrooms.
Contractor will install 32 - IP Speaker Kit with CB75 Intercom Mic - in the classrooms, replacing the 2X2 drop-lid ceiling tile. Powered by a POE source including CB75 wall mounted intercom unit with integrated mic; status LEDs for power and mic activity; push to talk button with rotary volume; easy RJ45 power/signal connection. Includes 1X2 lay-in speaker; 1X2 plenumcore ceiling enclosure preinstalled with CM800Si; Amplifier kit with intercom jack; PD-20W POE extractor; CB-75 PTT Microphone.
Contractor will install 28 - integration items: 1010-00078 Preinstalled PoE+ Backup (2X2 CM900/Elevate, 1000-00175 ezRoom AV WallCore Control, 1010-00086 Preinstalled WallCore Intercom Control CB75.
Contractor will provide custom cables, connectors and hardware that is needed as well as, ensuring the system integrates, ensuring all three systems are programmed, configurated and integrated as well as capable of operating independently.
Contractor will follow all Government, State and Local guidelines.
Contractor will take and dispose of any and all debris from the project.
C-EB School Maintenance Personnel will provide Contractor directions that ensure student safety
6.0 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION:
A. The contractor shall not perform work that is outside this SOW unless directed in writing by the Contracting Officer (CO). Any work done by the Contractor outside the SOW without direction from the Contracting Officer will be at the Contractor’s own risk.
B. The Contractor shall accept directions only from the Contracting Officer or the duly authorized Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Requests or desires of the Users or Using Agency made directly to the Contractor will be immediately brought to the attention of the COR. The CO must authorize any changes to the project scope or other provisions of this Statement of Work (SOW).
C. Contractor shall notify Ashley Elk Nation at 605-964-8777 in scheduling an initial site visit and scheduling work. Ms. Elk Nation shall ensure that a School Maintenance Worker accompanies the contractor accessing the campus.
D. Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) at the Cheyenne Eagle Butte School shall be designated for the administration of this contract. The COR shall coordinate the schedule for each phase, approve any technical submittals required, inspect work, monitor progress, accept completed work, review invoices, review any requested modifications, and issue/receive Government Furnished Items. The Agency COR has the authority to direct the Contractor to stop the performance of work if unsafe work conditions are observed.
E. Completed work shall be approved and signed off by the COR after the following are completed:
Final inspection performed by the COR/Maintenance Personnel and Contractor Training of local maintenance staff if needed.
Warranty and operating manual are provided to the COR or Maintenance Personnel.
F. Any unsafe work practices shall be reported to the COR (605)964-8777 for immediate reconciliation.
7.0 DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE
A. The Contractor shall promptly commence work under this contract, execute the work diligently, and achieve completion and acceptance, including the final cleanup of the premises within the specified contract period.
B. Total period of performance shall be 120 Calendar Days from the date the contract performance begins.
