ATTACHMENT J-1: COMPLIANCE WITH DATA TAPE STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
The Contractor shall complete this Attachment J-1 and submit the completed attachment with its quote.

| The Contractor shall pickup CSOSA backup tapes one day a week, every week (52 weeks a year), from CSOSA location 633 Indiana Ave, NW, 7th floor, Washington, DC, 20004. If the weekly pickup date falls on a federal holiday, the Contractor shall contact the COR to reschedule the pickup for that week. Changes in the pickup dates as a result of federal holidays shall be at no additional cost to the Government. CSOSA and the Contractor will establish the specific day of the week for pickup and delivery after award. |

| Once at the storage facility, the backup tapes shall be available to authorized CSOSA personnel 365 days a year/7 days a week/24 hours a day; this includes federal holidays. | All tapes shall be retained in accordance with the identified off-site retention schedule. The tapes will be have an off-site retention schedule of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual or permanent. Some tapes will be marked for permanent retention and these tapes shall be maintained by the off-site data protection facility, i.e., never be overwritten. |

| The Contractor shall provide a GSA approved, six sided modular security vault system that meets the requirements of Federal Specification AA-V-2737, dated April 25, 1990 and is equipped with a GSA label. This Federal Specification denotes the only type of vault enclosure approved by the Commissioner, Federal Supply Service, General Services Administration, for the use of all Federal agencies. |

| The Contractor shall provide a web based portal/inventory system that includes, at a minimum, the following features: |
· Management and scheduling of tape retrieval and off-site retention scheduling of tapes;
· Tracking using bar code scanner and media lables (to be provided by the Contractor);
· Perpetual transaction database, i.e., an automated inventory system that records changes in the tape inventory in real-time (at the time of the transaction);
· On-line query and reporting;
· On-line inventory data;
· On-line audit trail; and
· Electronic inventory reconciliation.

| The Contractor’s facility is: |
C.2.9.1 In a secured building with air conditioning, security, and backup generator;
C.2.9.2 SOC-2 certified; and
C.2.9.3 Fully compliant with National Archives and Records Administration 36 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 1234 Certification (formerly numbered 36 CFR 1228, subpart K).

| Emergency Transportation Services. |
C.2.11.1 All emergency/unscheduled pickups will occur only upon a request from the COR.
C.2.11.2 The Contractor shall respond to the COR’s request for an emergency/unscheduled delivery within four hours of being notified. The Contractor shall be available 365 days a year/24 hours a day/7 days a week for emergency/unscheduled deliveries. Upon award, the Contractor shall provide the contact information for an emergency/unscheduled delivery call.

| All transported tapes shall be stored in accordance with Section C.6 above. In addition, each tape must retain the appropriate bar code label provided by the Contractor and applied by CSOSA. |

| Transfer of Tape Inventory to Awardee’s Storage Facility. |
F.1.2.1 If applicable, within three business days after award, the Contractor shall transfer the tape inventory from the current storage facility location to the awardee’s storage facility. The Contractor shall contact the COR to arrange the date and time for the transfer. Once the tapes have been transferred, the Contractor shall provide the COR, via email, the following information:
· The number of tapes picked up from the current storage facility;
· The transfer of the tapes to the Contractor’s storage facility is complete;
· All tapes have been inventoried and entered into the Contractor’s tape inventory storage system; and
· The quantity of tapes that have been inventoried and input into the Contractor’s tape inventory storage system.
