BLOCK 13.
Ref 8.a.: Contractor performance is restricted to Naval Information Forces, 115 Lake View Pkwy, Suffolk, VA 23435 and various other secure government facilities. Government agency or activity will provide security classification guidance for performance of this contract. Submit visit requests to COR and/or Security Management Office for access and need-to-know verification.
Ref 10.g.: The contractor is permitted access to North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) information in performance of this contract. Access to NATO information requires a final U.S. Government clearance at the appropriate level. The government program/project manager is the designated representative that will ensure the contractor security manager and concerned employees are NATO briefed prior to access being granted. The contractor will maintain strict compliance in regards to NATO information IAW NISPOM Ch. 10, Sec. 7. Prior approval from the contracting activity is required for subcontracting.
Ref 10.j.: CUI provided under this contract shall be safeguarded as specified in DoD 5200.1-R, DODM 5200.01-V4 and SECNAV M5510.36.
Ref 10.k.: NIPRNET, SIPRNET access required at NAVIFOR and other secure government facilities.
Ref 11.a.: Contractor performance is restricted to Naval Information Forces, 115 Lake View Pkwy, Suffolk, VA 23435 and various other secure government facilities. Government agency or activity will provide security classification guidance for performance of this contract. Submit visit requests to COR and/or Security Management Office for access and need-to-know verification. Security classification guidance for this contract is the NISPOM, DoD 5220.22M. Only personnel actually performing classified tasks shall be cleared to the appropriate level per the NISPOM. The contractor shall implement procedures whereby any loss, compromise, or suspected loss or compromise of classified information or material, and loss of unclassified material issued under this contract, shall be promptly reported to both the cognizant security office and the prime contractor listed in item 6a. Separate security classification guidance may be issued as required per the Performance Work Statement.
Ref 11.a.: All classified information/hardware developed will be classified pursuant to derivative classification procedures or as any applicable classification guide so dictates (NISPOM Ch. 4, Sec. 2) and Executive Order 12958 as amended. All applicable classification guides will be identified and made available by the security manager located in Block 13. The SRC Security Classification Guide pertains and will be used as the primary source of classification. Meetings or visits conducted by the contractor will be done per NISPOM Ch. 6. All classified material generated under this contract will be derivatively classified per Executive Order 12958 as amended, based on existing source documents or applicable classification guidelines.
Ref 11.f.: The contract requires access to classified information with any travel to locations outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Possessions, and Trust Territories.
Ref 11.j.: Per DODM 5205.02M, protect information listed in the NAVIFOR Critical Information List and any other sensitive, but unclassified information that may be useful to our adversaries. Abide by OPSEC policies and procedures, as detailed in DOD 5205.02M, COMNAVIFORINST 3432.1A, and/or as directed by the NAVIFOR OPSEC Officer or an OPSEC Representative.
Ref 14: See Contract Performance Work Statement, Sec. 12.1 for additional OPSEC requirements. Accomplish NAVIFOR initial OPSEC training within 10 days of in-processing. Complete annual OPSEC training. Notify Directorate OPSED Coordinator or the OPSEC Officer of recommendations for the OPSEC program or potential OPSEC concerns. POC: NAVIFOR OPSEC Officer.
