Attachment D – Service Level Agreement Clarification Requests

1. Provide details regarding if the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) requires uptime percentages and address scheduled outages.

2. Does the SLA for the CSP describe how the uptime percentage is calculated? Please provide detail.

3. Does the SLA detail remedies to be paid by the CSP to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau if the uptime requirements are not met? (Example: penalties for noncompliance with contract or SLA).
