2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS

Obtain high Thermal Array Recorder Module that allows the care provider to analyze cardiac activity intraoperatively. The unit must meet the following characteristics:

· Device must be compatible with the range of Philips IntelliVue patient monitors

· Must be able to receive power from IntelliVue Patient Monitor

· Must provide drivers that allow communication between Philips IntelliVue patient monitors and the Thermal Array Recorder module

· Must fit in Philips IntelliVue MP50/40 or Philips Flexible Module Server

· Device must be able to create EKG print-out in real time

· Produces EKG waveforms and measurements in single wave channel 20 - 70mm or higher and for overlapping waves and 20mm or higher

· High-quality output that are suitable for documentation purposes

· Must have the ability to be operated from the IntelliVue Patient Monitor or directly from the Thermal Array Recorder Module
