STATEMENT OF WORK
Contract#: 52800PR220011632

COMPLETE: On or About 15 April 2022
SHORT TITLE: Parts, (i.e. RANE MA-4 Control Amplifier and RANE MT-4 Transformer
Set) for U.S. Coast Guard Cutters, WPC-154, (part of Shipboard Alarm & Announcing System) to address CASREPs.
1 DESCRIPTION OF WORK
1.1. Scope: The scope of work for this task order shall consist of that effort required to purchase support/spare parts for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter WPC 154’, (i.e. FRC) platfrom and their Announcing/Alarm System.
1.2. Background: This order supports casualty response or corrective maintenance repair for
Announcing/Alarm Systems on U.S. Coast Guard cutters.
1.3. Objective: The objective of the program is to maintain Announcing/Alarm system baseline configurations at Full Operating Capability, (FOC) onboard USCG Cutters.
2 DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
2.1 Requirements:
2.1.1 The Contractor shall provide parts as designated on the order for the support of Announcing/Alarm Systems on U.S. Coast Guard Shipboard platforms.
2.1.2 The Contractor shall provide the ordered parts as they become available.
Partial shipments are acceptable.
3 CONTRACTOR FURNISHED MATERIAL (CFM):
3.1 The Contractor must provide material ordered and make no substitutions without the prior written consent of the COR for approval.
3.2 Any materials not specifically approved by the COR will not be charged to this order.
All materials purchased to support this purchase order using Government funds shall become the property of the U.S. Government and shall be handled, stored and safeguarded in accordance with current instructions for such Government-owned equipment.
4 LABELING, PACKAGING, SHIPPING AND OBTAINING SPARE PARTS
4.1 The COR will assist the contractor by providing or completing the necessary supply-support information to properly label, package and ship all spare Alarm/Announcing
Systems parts and equipment on an as needed basis.
4.2 Once properly labeled and packaged, the Contractor shall ship all Alarm/Announcing
Systems parts and equipment using the information provided by the COR.
5 SUB-CONTRACTING REQUIREMENTS:
5.1 None anticipated for this task order.
