About this file
This template provides guidance for developing a Mission-Essential Contractor Services Plan. It outlines requirements for contractors to submit a plan describing how their services would continue to be provided in the event of emergencies, including pandemics or natural disasters. Contractors must identify critical services and positions, as well as contingency plans for covering vacancies, social distancing, or staffing shortages. The template requires details on cross-training existing employees, establishing telework capabilities, utilizing temporary personnel, and coordinating plans with the customer agency. Submission of a completed plan is mandatory for consideration of contract award or extension for opportunities supporting mission-critical functions.
