The platform must fit under and around C-17 engines up to 30 feet long, allow full access to the engine including from the inlet, have a modular welded aluminum construction with a slip-resistant deck, manual jacks with 5,000-pound lifting capacity, locking casters, deck sliders, OSHA-compliant rails and handrails, an adjustable ladder, shop air and electrical connections, portable LED lights, worktop trays, work steps, and a storage workbench. The C-17 engine maintenance platform will be used during home station checks and unscheduled maintenance at the 97th Maintenance Squadron at the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command.

ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1: Price submission must be completed using Page 3 of the Combo and is required to be submitted electronically for evaluation purposes via e-mail to 97CONF.PKA.Contracting@us.af.mil and jessica.watson.7@us.af.mil.

Offeror will input unit prices for the listed items pertaining to each CLIN and the extended total will be calculated on the spreadsheet for each item. When all unit prices are input and extended totals calculated for each CLIN, a CLIN subtotal will be calculated.
