SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
FOR
AUTOMATED INTELLIGENCE (AI) SCHEDULING
SOFTWARE
Requirement to fulfill 27 SOW CI2 award for Automated Intelligence (AI)
Scheduling Software.
-Be able to integrate the Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM), Scheduling, Current Operations, Stan Eval, and Training with one program.
SARM Requirements:
-Able to generate Flight Authorizations (Orders).
-Able to generate and track 781, Mission Accomplishment Report (MAR), and
Post-Mission Report (PMR) forms.
-Able to securely track air crew currencies
-Able to securely track air crew flight hours and display in a 30-60-90 day format.
Current Ops Requirements:
-Able to create individual Sortie Lines.
-Able to input and adjust individual Aircraft Configurations.
-Able to Integrate with MX for aircraft status and aircraft status updates.
Scheduling Requirement:
-Provide fully automated and optimized scheduling function for air, ground, and simulator commitments.
-Provide ability for users to add individual commitments that might affect schedule.
Stan Eval Requirements:
-Ability to generate Form 942 – Checkride History Overview
-Ability to generate Form 4348 – List of Certifications
-Ability to generate Form 8s – Checkride
-Ability to input Flight Crew Information Files (FCIF) & Master Question File
(MQF) Tests.
- Ability to generate, track, and update Letter of Xs – Authorizations Form
Training Requirements:
-Create and monitor training syllabi's to include Combat Mission Readiness, Advanced Tactical Readiness, and RAT requirements.
