273FCC21Q0029 – Attachment 2

Instructions to Vendors: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 273FCC21Q0029 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220. This requirement is unrestricted.

The Quotes will be evaluated on an LPTA Basis and the Contracting Officer has made the applicable determination in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation that LPTA is appropriate for the nature of this acquisition. The Government will award to the Vendor who meets the minimum technical standard stated in the description.

The Vendor Shall Submit the Documentation, applicable product literature for the Governments evaluation. Each Vendor shall include a Cover letter that includes the vendor's address, CAGE, DUNS and any additional information deemed applicable to make award. The Vendor should also include their estimated delivery time.

Award may be made with no discussion; therefore, it is imperative that the quote provide sufficient detail to demonstrate the technical requirements can be met.

The Government intends to make a single award in response to this solicitation.
