2021 A/TA (Airlift / Tanker Association) Symposium Charter Bus

Statement of Work

13 Oct 2021

Air Mobility Warriors

Projecting Decisive Strength And Delivering Hope… Always!

1. Rental ten (10) each commercial charter buses for two separate days. Buses must carry approximately 50-55 passengers and luggage. A single company/contract is HIGHLY preferred;

no multiple or sub-contracting. Busses are needed for continued, non-stop shuttle service transportation between Orlando International Airport flight line & passenger terminals and the

Orlando World Center Marriott (8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL). Contract company must have a permit to operate on file with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Ground

Transportation Permit Office [(407) 825-2622] to operate within the Orlando International

Airport (KMCO) passenger terminal area.

2. The following bus service itinerary will be required:

A. Thursday, 28 October 2021 – 10 busses for non-stop shuttle service between Orlando

International Airport area and Orlando World Center Marriott. This will consist of four (4) busses for non-stop shuttle service from Orlando International Airport (Terminal A and

Terminal B arrivals/baggage claim) to the Orlando World Center Marriott, and six (6) busses from Atlantic Aviation flight line (9245 Tradeport Drive, Orlando, FL) to the Orlando World

Center Marriott. The four busses that will provide service from Orlando International Airport will provide service from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM and in position no later than 9:30 AM. The six busses operating from Atlantic Aviation will be in service from 10:00 AM-7:00 PM and in position at Atlantic Aviation no later than 9:30 AM. The schedule for these arrivals will be provided by SMSgt Antonio Torres and is estimated at one to two arrivals per hour from

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

B. Sunday, 31 October 2021 – 10 busses for non-stop shuttle service between the Orlando

World Center Marriott and Orlando International Airport (Terminal A and Terminal B departures and Atlantic Aviation flight line), with service beginning at the Marriott. 4 busses will provide service to Orlando International Airport Terminal A and B from 7:00 AM-2:00

PM, and 6 busses will provide service to Atlantic Aviation flight line (9245 Tradeport Drive, Orlando, FL). All 10 busses will be pre-positioned at the Marriott no later than 6:30 AM. The schedule for Atlantic Aviation flight line departures will be provided by SMSgt Antonio

Torres and is estimated at one to two departures per hour from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

C. All the above itineraries are subject to change minor times changes on the day of execution due to operational requirements. Minor time changes will be coordinated between the bus company POC and SMSgt Antonio Torres. Dates and locations will not change.

3. One (1) company coordinator is required to be on site for each day to maintain communication and coordination with the busses.

4. Busses must be clean, safe, and functional. Seats must be in good working order without tears and rips. All busses will have separate under baggage compartments. Drivers will be uniformed and in good appearance. Drivers will assist passengers in accessing baggage compartments for storage. Passengers will be responsible for load/unloading of baggage.

Drivers will not make any en-route stops to include meals, fuel and personal affairs. Drivers should plan food accordingly due to the lack of stops. Bus drivers and passengers must wear face coverings IAW latest Center for Desese Control Guidelines.

5. All busses need to preposition at operation starting locations as described.
