B. THE FOLLOWING MARKING SHALL BE APPLIED:
1. SPECIAL MARKING OF “REUSABLE CONTAINER, DO NOT DESTROY” SHALL BE ADDED TO THE UNIT
CONTAINER.
2. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FIELDS ON THE CONTAINER IDENTIFICATION PLATE:
a. NOMENCLATURE OF THE CONTAINER CONTENTS.
b. CONTAINER ASSEMBLY PART NUMBER.
c. CONTAINER CONTRACT NUMBER.
d. CONTAINER W/UNIT P/N.
e. CONTAINER W/UNIT NSN.
C. PLACE THE REQUIRED CAPS ON THE FUEL SYSTEM ASSEMBLY, AS SHOWN ON PAGE 2. HOWEVER, IF THE CAPPING HAS ALREADY BEEN ACCOMPLISHED, AND THE PART HAS NOT BEEN CONTAMINATED, RECAPPING MAY BE ELIMINATED.
D. SECURE THE HOSE ASSEMBLIES WITH TAPE, AS IT IS ILLUSTRATED ON PAGE 3.
E. PLACE THE PART ON TOP OF THE WRAP, TAKING CARE TO LINE UP THE MOUNTING HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PART WITH THE CORRESPONDING HOLES IN THE SHOCK MOUNTED PLATFORM OF THE
CONTAINER ASSEMBLY. SEE PAGE 3.
F. PUSH THE SCREWS THROUGH THE WRAP, AND SECURE THE PART TO THE SHOCK MOUNTED
PLATFORM. SEE PAGE 3.
G. THE CONTAINER IS AVAILABLE FROM HARDIGG, CAGE 11214.

H. FINISH WRAPPING THE PART WITH THE WRAP, AND SECURE THE WRAP WITH TAPE.
I. PLACE THE DESICCANT INTO THE MESH BAG ATTACHED TO THE INSIDE CORNER OF THE CONTAINER ASSEMBLY. CLOSE THE CONTAINER ASSEMBLY AND SECURE THE LATCHES TO KEEP THE TOP AND
BOTTOM TOGETHER.
J. THE UNIT CONTAINER IS AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL A AND LEVEL B SHIPPING CONTAINER.
K. INSPECT THE PRESERVATION, THE UNIT PACK AND THE PACKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
MIL-STD-2073-1D AND THE APPLICABLE CONTAINER SPECIFICATION.
