SPECIFICATION SHEET
Mountain Home AFB, ID
Firefighter Training Simulator 6 May 2020
1. GENERAL: The 366th Fighter Wing located on Mountain Home AFB, ID FES requires one
(1) fire engine pump panel operator simulator to include installation and onsite training of Government personnel on all equipment.
2. Pump Simulator MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: full-sized fire engine pump panel must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics:
2.1. Physical Characteristics
2.1.1. Modular unit built into a free standing cabinet on casters to be readily moved around.
2.1.2. Configured to match specific training needs or fleet vehicle type.
2.1.3. Scalable to customize and replicate specific panel configurations.
2.1.4. Analog and digital controls.
2.1.5. LED/LCD display board or equivalent.
2.1.6. US imperial units.
2.1.7. 110VAC/60Hz.
2.1.8. Evolution/Scenario Library to provide a comprehensive training capability
2.2. Warranty
2.2.1. All components: 1 year
3. INSTALLATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items needed to setup/install the requested simulator.
3.1. The Contractor shall install all requested equipment in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s specifications.
3.2. The Contractor shall ensure proper operation of the installed simulator.
3.3. Any equipment not functioning properly IAW manufacture’s specifications shall be diagnosed and repaired by the Contractor.
3.4. The Contractor shall ensure cleanliness of Government facility is maintained at all times.
3.5. The Government will inspect facility for cleanliness prior to Contractor’s departure.
3.6. Any damage done to Government property by the Contractor shall be repaired by the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense.
4. TRAINING: The Contractor shall conduct training of entire system to Government personnel.
4.1. Following completion of installation by purchaser, the Contractor shall provide technical support if there are any issues either by telephone or in person.
5. SPECIFICS:
3.1. Shipping must be included in the quotation.
3.1.1. Contractor shall deliver to Fire Department Station 1 - 355 Alpine St. Bldg 206, Mountain Home AFB ID, 83648
3.1.2. Delivery will be no later than 30 days after date of contract (ADC).
