About this file
This document contains a statement of work (SOW) for interpreter services at Anniston Army Depot in Alabama. The SOW requires the contractor to provide American Sign Language interpreters for deaf employees at events such as employee appreciation days, town hall meetings, training sessions, award ceremonies, EEO and personnel office meetings, legal proceedings, law enforcement interviews, investigations, and employee counseling or performance reviews. Events will typically be held at Anniston Army Depot but may occasionally take place elsewhere in Calhoun County. The government will request services at least seven days in advance and provide the event location at least 24 hours before. The contractor must confirm requested services within two days and immediately notify the EEO office if an interpreter later becomes unavailable. The contractor will be reimbursed for travel outside the local commuting area. Interpreters must be ASL certified and provide proof of certification. They must also sign a confidentiality agreement and have all required clearances to enter the depot unescorted. The contractor will submit itemized invoices including event details, hours worked, and dates along with payment and data collection information. No changes can be made to the SOW without the contracting officer's written authorization.
