Tanks may be added based upon need and locations are subject to change at the Government’s discretion. Contractor will be notified.
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, supervision and transportation to provide and deliver liquid propane gas (LPG) for material handling equipment and type II liquid propane for heating at several buildings: deliveries on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for New Cumberland and Tuesday, Thursday for Mechanicsburg. If vendor wait time exceeds 30 minutes for base access and delivery cannot be made, email notification must be sent to government POC indicating date and time of attempt.

One (1) single vendor customer account may be established for the entire contract, but the account must be divided into two categories separating deliveries for New Cumberland and Mechanicsburg then subdivided to differentiate between drop off locations. Current disposition is as follows:
