About this file
This notice solicits proposals for storage tents. The Naval Supply Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Big Top Manufacturing, Inc. to provide industrial size storage structures for activities at Marine Corps Logistics Base Yermo Annex in Barstow, California and Cheatham Annex in Williamsburg, Virginia. The request for quotation will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 for commercial items. The justification for other than full and open competition is that the required items must meet standards for form, fit and function as the existing material handling equipment and are only manufactured and serviced by Big Top Manufacturing. The North American Industry Classification code is 332311 and Product Service Code is 8340. Proposers must be registered in the System for Award Management database. Questions should be directed to the point of contact by the specified date.
