About this file
This Statement of Work outlines repair requirements for heat exchanging skids in Buildings 84 and 85. The document specifies repairs and upgrades for both buildings' systems.
For Building 84, the work includes replacing both controlling touch screens with new units and associated programming, installing a new Ethernet switch with required programming, and completing all necessary wiring and programming to make the system fully operational and reliable. Building 85 requires more extensive work, including replacing controllers on both sides, installing a new Ethernet switch, replacing both touch screen controllers, upgrading obsolete Honeywell controllers to newer versions with associated programming and wiring, and installing replacement air vents to replace failed units. All work must result in fully operational and reliable systems for both buildings. The contract opportunity indicates this is a limited competition requiring vendors to be authorized Maxi-Therm distributors/company partners, with NAICS code 238210 and PSC J059, being administered by the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution.
