SECTION B – SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES
CONTINUATION OF SF 1449
The contractor will provide a price per statute mile which is inclusive of the services of qualified pilots and medical personnel as dictated by standard industry practices, Federal Aviation Administration, and Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board to provide medical/nursing care that is required. The price per statute mile submitted by the contractor will be all inclusive. Some estimated historical annual usage data to help the contractor determine proposal pricing, staffing, and equipment required is as follows. Annual estimate is approximately 518 statute miles (SM) or 450 nautical miles (NM). Cardiac monitoring services are estimated at 1 incident per year, IV solutions are estimated at 1 incident per year, Oxygen uses are estimated at 1 incident per year.
