II. Timeline:

From the date of contract award materials should be ordered within 30 days of order acceptance. Once all materials are delivered installation dates should be finalized between the vendor and activity within 7 working days. The installation dates will need to be coordinated prior to work starting so facility closure can be properly advertised to MacDill customers. Removal and installation needs to occur consecutively to minimize the impact to facility, employees and customers. Current equipment should be removed when the new equipment is replaced. Before vendor leaves, functionality will need to be tested to ensure a successful interface of information between the enterprise system server and its connection to the main rec aid computer, scoring system, pin pick up/return, ball return and centralized NAF financial system. Equipment should be in place and as determined by the vendor and market availability of material and parts.

III. ASSUMPTIONS

There has been a considerable amount of investments made in standardizing the hardware and software across the Air Force Bowling enterprise system. Currently there are no other scoring systems that can be integrated into physical aspect of the bowling lanes, pinsetters and financial system that the Shared Services Center requires for centralized financial reporting. QubicaAMF is the mandatory vendor for all Air Force Bowling Centers. All Air Force bowling centers are required to purchase center operational systems and equipment exclusively from QubicaAMF in order to remain in compliance with Air Force Bowling service standards and core program functionality.
