STATEMENT OF WORK
Crushed Rock
336 Training Support Squadron Fairchild AFB, WA
1. Salient Characteristics
A contractor shall deliver 1,500 tons of approved 3” crushed rock with no fines and 1000 tons of 5/8” minus rock with fines to the SERE campus Unit Exhibit Lab.
All supplies and services shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations , commercial standards and this Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Scope of Work
3. Deliver 1,500 tons of approved 3” crushed rock with no fines and 1000 tons of 5/8” minus rock with fines to the SERE campus Unit Exhibit Lab Field. This will support Ground Stabilization Project to support 40 ft. Conex boxes on uneven terrain.
4.
Delivery Schedule/Availability
3.1. Delivery Schedule. The product will be delivered to SERE Campus, 336 TRSS/LGLH-, 1015 W Survival loop, Fairchild AFB, WA, 99001. Delivery Date: 5 Days ADC.
3.2. Upon arrival contact TSgt Timothy Yardley 702-481-5238 or 509-247-3050 or TSgt Ryan Ritchey 660-864-6273 for exact delivery location.
3.3. The crushed rock will be delivered to the job site or dumped for stockpiling in a designated location. The product shall be delivered within 48 hours of notification by 336 TRSS/LGLH personnel.
4. Availability
Delivery will be available Monday-Friday from 0800-1600.
