SECTION I REQUIREMENT SCOPE
The anticipated facilities that require the Elevator Inspection Services as follows:
The Contractor must perform semi-annual, annual, and five-(5-)year Elevator Inspection
Services; certify to the proper operation and safety of the elevators as required by the FAA; and perform the other services described herein. Elevator Inspection Services must be provided for elevators in the Central Service Area (CSA), covering the elevators listed in Att 2, Elevator
Listing. After completing the one-year or five-year inspection and test requirements, the elevator inspector, in coordination with the maintenance contractor, shall furnish a certificate of elevator inspection (one year inspection) and an elevator inspection report (all inspections) with any forms required by the codes. The FAA reserves the right to revise the list of elevators to be inspected by the Contractor.
SECTION II- CONTRACT TYPE AND EVALUATION CRITERIA
FAA intends to award a single award, but will keep the option to issue multiple awards. This project is restricted, and will be solicited under total small business to those vendors who meet the criteria listed in Section III.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541350, - Building
Inspection Services. The small business size standard is: $8 Million.
Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror(s).
SECTION III- GO/NO GO CRITERIA
The initial information submitted will be evaluated on a Go/No-Go basis. Offerors must receive a Go on all of the following criteria to be considered a viable offeror and receive the solicitation.
Ability to perform Elevator Inspection service and all associate work on numerous types of elevators.
Five (5) years of experience performing elevator inspection at (5) different locations simultaneously. Projects must be similar in size and scope and must be FAA, or other
Federal, State, Airport Authority, or commercial organizations, acting as the prime contractor. Indicate the operational availability, contracting agency/organization, contract number or project identifier, point of contact, email address, phone number, and size and scope on the Past Experience History document (Attachment #3).
Offerors are required to submit the following documents to be determined if eligible to receive a copy of the solicitation:
Confirmation that service can be provided on numerous types of elevators at the applicable locations stated above.
Elevator Listing (Attachment 2)
Past Experience History Document (Attachment #3)
Document Security Notice to Prospective Offerors (Attachment #4)
The information provided will also be used as part of the responsibility determination.

(Central Standard Time) 28 June 2021. Please place "Attention: FY 22 Elevator
Inspection Request for SIR” in the subject line of your email. Requests received after this date and time will not be honored. Failure to submit all required information will deem the request for solicitation as non-responsive.
NOTE: Contractors must have active registration in System for Award Management (SAM), formerly the Central Contractor Registration (CCR,) before award can be made. Contractors can register at www.sam.gov.
