Statement of Work For Alloy Navigator Renewal
1. BACKGROUND:
This renewal request is for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) in support of the Unclassified Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Network. The Alloy Navigator provides an asset management solution that enables our RDT&E network the ability to manage all IT assets on the network. This tool gathers comprehensive information such as operating system, software version management as well as provides a helpdesk ticketing system for our network.
2. SCOPE:
The primary objective of this Statement of Work is to provide NSWC IHEODTD with a contract vehicle which allows us to renew 1000 licenses as well as maintenance and support for the base year and one option year.
3. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
All license information will be made available to the NSWC IHD.
4. DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
The Contractor shall have and maintain the highest standard of business ethics. It is expected that the Contractor provide all license keys in a timely manner.
5. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
N/A there will be no onsite work.
6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Requesting a two year contract, this will be one base year with one option year.

| 6.2 OY1, will start right after base year ends, on or around Sept 29, 2024 – Sept 29, 2025 |
7. SECURITY:
N/A there will be no onsite visits necessary.
