FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF ALERT III EMERGENCY CONFERENCE

SYSTEM

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The customer, 60 CS/SCXV, requires a contractor to provide a maintenance service for the Travis AFB Emergency Alerting System III.

1.1 Guarantee: The contractor shall provide a standard maintenance service contract that includes unlimited remote technical telephone support and advance replacement of components. All material must be guaranteed to be as specified in Appendix B and any product found deficient must be replaced at the contractor’s expense.

1.2 Your Alert III Extended Support Agreement provides the following services:

1.2.1 Unlimited Technical Telephone Support - engineers will assist you when you need help during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Will have a two (2) hour or less response window.

1.2.2 Diagnostics and Troubleshooting - engineers will assist in performing diagnostics to isolate and resolve problems quickly, or will assist with configuration changes or normal maintenance activities.

1.2.3 Software Coverage - will provide free fixes and / or up-issues for problems within the same software release (not including new features, if they are priced separately).

1.2.4 Advance Replacement of Hardware Components – send replacement parts in advance if determined it is needed. Standard ground shipping applies; Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Return the original unit within 5 business days or be charged for the full value of the replacement unit.

1.2.5 Periodic System Check-ups – On a quarterly or semi-annual basis, review system configuration or set up for any issues; assist with changes or updates, or provide additional training or telephone support as required.
