Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items
The contract scope may include three types of herbicide applications. Work will be determined at a "per calibrated acre treated" basis.
· ATV/UTV accessible treatment areas.
· Treatment areas identified as ATV/UTV accessible may be treated with sprayers mounted and operated on ATV's, UTV’s or similar equipment. Road right of ways may be treated with this equipment or truck mounted sprayers. Off road travel is only authorized on specific areas identified on the project map.
· Remote horse or foot accessible areas.
· Due to the road-less nature of these treatment areas, this portion of the project will be completed by foot or horseback. All horse-mounted treatments will be conducted using a "Saddle-Lite" Horseback Weed Sprayer or equivalent method.
· **If backpack sprayers are the proposed method, the contractor must ensure an adequate workforce to complete the project in the allotted timeframe**
