AG-67T0-S-15-0025 Livestock Purchase Question and Answers Q) What is the definition of “Bell Mare”?
A) Definition of BELL MARE: a female horse, mule, or ass wearing a bell and serving as leader of a pack train or herd; a quiet old horse used to carry a bell at night so that horses can be located easily in scrub, in the dark or in a big paddock.
Q) Does the Bell Mare need to be a pack horse or a saddle horse besides being a bell mare?
A) The bell mare needs to be a pack horse, broke to ride would be a plus but not necessary.
Q) How do we annotate the number of horses can provide?
A) Fill out prices and provide information requested for the number of animals you can provide.
