0930 – Welcome

0945 – No other contractors arrived, started the pre-bid meeting, general questions from contractor about location of work. I described the locations for the equipment rental portion of the contract as being district wide, the McComb dove field as site specific, referred to the map in the package and the seeding of linear strips also referred to the maps in the package.

Stopped and walked down one of the closed roads included in line item 3 of the contract.

1100 – arrived at the McComb dove field site, after viewing the site, no further questions from the contractor.
