The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth in item 14. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers is extended, is not extended.

14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.

Reason for amendment: Establish condition to allow Propane Service Technician to make necessary repairs while at the repeater site. Make the following changes to Solicitation AG-0112-S-16-0021 Mountain Top Repeater Propane Refueling, amendment 1:

1. Remove Schedule of Items and replace with attached Schedule of Items, amendment 2.

2. Remove paragraph 2c and insert: 2c. Contractor shall thoroughly inspect propane system for shortcomings. Upon detection of any system problems contractor will immediately complete repairs while on site. If repair costs are less than available funds on Sub-item E, Contingency repair funding no additional government authorization is required. The government wants to avoid paying additional remobilization costs. Contractor is expected to have adequate repair supplies and parts on hand to make repairs while on site. Costs for parts and labor will be billed against Sub-item E, Contingency repair funding, Time &Materials (T&M). Contractor submit, with invoice, substantiating documentation to validate T&M expenditures.

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.

Note 1, Line Ceiling Price = Estimated Quantity X Price Per Unit Note 2, Contractor do not exceed ceiling price without contracting officer authorization.

Note 3, Helicopter pricing must be, if possible, “wet rate per hour” that means fuel costs are included. Contractor submit documentation validating hours of helicopter usage.

Note 4, Government will pay for propane transferred into repeater site tanks.
