About this file
Addendum #2 is a document issued by the City of Dearborn for a public procurement opportunity for 500 picnic tables, with Control Number 157103. The addendum provides clarification and answers to bidder questions regarding the specifications of the picnic tables. Specifically, the city requests picnic tables with plastic tops and seats and metal frames, and invites vendors to quote options for frame materials, tubing sizes (2" recommended), and coating methods including powder-coating and galvanization.
The addendum indicates flexibility in vendor proposals, encouraging bidders to provide quotes for different frame material and coating options. The procurement appears to prioritize versatility and potential cost-effectiveness by allowing multiple configuration choices. No specific pricing details, funding sources, or contract term lengths are disclosed in this document, which serves primarily to provide technical specification guidance to potential vendors preparing their bid responses for the 500-table order.
